Impressive holiday home located in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood, in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, with panoramic views of the port. The property features a beautiful roof terrace, ideal for enjoying the island's sunny climate and views of Palma Bay. Please note that it is situated in a lively district, known for its nightlife.
The house is distributed over three floors:
Ground floor: Living room with Smart TV, kitchen equipped with design appliances and water treated by osmosis, laundry area and toilet.
Second floor: Spacious bedroom with balcony and bathroom.
Top floor: Roof terrace with panoramic views.
Renovated in January 2023, the house is fully equipped for your comfort, including two air conditioning units (cold/heat).
Santa Catalina Neighbourhood
Santa Catalina is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Palma. Here you will find markets, excellent gastronomy, colourful streets and a lively nightlife, which makes it a perfect place to explore the city and experience its authentic atmosphere.

Fantastic House in a great location
The house is perfect for a stay in Palma, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. So close to the sights and many restaurants and bars.
Perfect location, just as described and very helpful and friendly service. Recommend this place and will stay there in future.

Wonderful Bright Apt-Great Location
The Apartment was well equipped, Great views, and I enjoyed sunny days on the 3rd level deck.
The staff was in touch from the start making check in and out a Breeze. I would recommend Priority Villas for a Wonderful Mallorca Stay!

The accommodation is comfortable and the roof terrace is lovely with an elevated view and sun all day long. Only downside is there is a club 50 metres away which is open Thursday-Saturday - you can’t hear the music at all but the punters gather outside in the early hours, sorted with earplugs otherwise all good and would recommend.
Great location, and good value for our four-day stay. Very clean on arrival. The design of the house is very modern and attractive.
The kitchen is well equipped.
The property has plenty of storage for your clothes.
The heating/air conditioner unit was easy to use, with separate remote controls for each floor. Also, wi-fi worked well.
The rooftop is gorgeous, and a great place to sit with some wine and watch the ships sailing in the distance. The rooftop also has a clothesline in case you want to do some laundry.
One minor issue– the bed was not quite firm enough for us, but others may find it ok.

Beautiful property in a great location with awesome views
The property was exactly as pictured. Great views from all the floors. The roof terrace was fantastic to sit and have a few drinks taking in the awesome view.
The property was very clean and well equipped and delivered everything we needed.
Location was perfect for staying in Palma close to everything. Many great bars and restaurants in Location.
Would definitely come back.

"Worth every penny"
The property is centrally located in santa catalina. Its a 10 minute walk to old palma and the neighborhood itself has great restaurants. The views from the property made it worth every penny. Check out santina cafe for brunch!

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und es gab im Apartment alles, was man brauchte. Durch die Klimaanlagen waren die Räume schön gekühlt. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum privaten Sonnen ein. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen aus allen Räumen war ein Traum und die Umgebung mit den kleinen Gassen und der Windmühle ist wunderschön. Zu Fuß sind Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, würde immer wieder dort einchecken. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

La casa è molto carina, disposta su tre piani con la terrazza che vede la baia di Mallorca. La zona è un po' rumorosa la sera perchè vicino ad una discoteca, ma l'agenzia fornisce i tappi alle orecchie, molto utili. Non c'e' parcheggio, ma si può parcheggiare nella zona bianca a pochi apssi dalla casa. Siamo stati bene.

Absolut einzigartige Lage. Sensationell! Findet leider jeder )
Die Lage des Hauses ist (eigentlich) unschlagbar und das absolute Highlight! Es liegt in erster Reihe zum Hafen im quasi in sich geschlossenen Viertel El Jonquet am Rand von Santa Catalina. Innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten Fußweg gibt es unzählige Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermärkte, den Markt, Friseure, Boutiquen, Bars und und und… Besser geht‘s nicht! Der Blick vom Balkon oder von der Dachterrasse auf den Hafen ist atemberaubend und wird nicht langweilig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt, inklusive zweier Sonnenliegen auf dem Dach, die Mitte März bei kühlem Wind aber nicht zum Einsatz kamen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist eher modern und hat einen angenehmen Style. Es gehen viele Nachbarn mit ihren Hunden spazieren und man kommt, wenn man am Abend mit einem Glas Wein vor der Tür sitzt und den Hafen bestaunt, schnell in Gespräche mit wirklich sehr netten Menschen.
