The location of the apartment is very good, it is in one of the most sought-after areas of the city. This studio in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, is part of a 3-story building, next to the church of Santa Creu and the Es Baluard museum. The building has been restored preserving the characteristic details, thus combining technology and modernity. "La Llotja" or Lonja is the name of both an emblematic medieval building, an old product exchange, and the neighborhood where it is located.
