Villa Bellver, which stretches over 2 floors, is located in one of the most elegant neighbourhoods in Palma and is the ideal accommodation for families who are seeking a stress-free holiday. The property consists of a living room, a dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (all with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the villa offers a large terrace with a table and chairs for 10 people. In your private outdoor area you will find a wonderful garden dotted with palm trees, furnished terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, a private gym as well as a barbecue. Sunbathe on the sun loungers by the pool and unwind with a good book. In the evening, enjoy a delicious barbecued meal under the stars. Within a 15-minute walk you will reach a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The closest bar, restaurant and supermarket are just a 4-minute walk away. The gothic-style castle Castell de Bellver can be reached on foot in 15-minutes and Cala Major Beach is 9 minutes away driving (3.9 km).

Amazing villa in a great location.

We stayed here for a special birthday and the villa was well equipped, in a great location and we had lots of support from our hosts. Would definitely stay again!

I do not have enough goos things to say about both the property and Palma! Everything was very clean, the pool was fantastic, the neighborhood was a great combination of historic and modern and we will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and well equipped house

Pros: This house was perfect for us, travelling 9 persons together in three generations; youngest 5, eldest 75. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, with several outdoors seating arrangements, outdoor grill/kitchen, large well equipped kitchen with two fridges/freezers, several bathrooms, etc. The pool has a good size (10x4,5m), we brought buyoancy devices for the kids as it is 1,30 m in the shallow end, this worked out well. The garden is really nice and beautiful and the property is fully fenced, which is also really nice when bringing kids (there is even a baby gate by the staircase to the downstairs bedrooms for those travelling with babies/toddlers). Lots of room, A/C in all rooms. It is located in a residential area, in walking distance from the center of Palma (approx. 1,5 km). Large supermarket close by, bars and restaurants in the area. Sandra and her father were really helpful and easy to communicate with. Perfect for a vacation for the extended family! Cons: I do not have anything negative to say about this house
