This penthouse duplex is located in the heart of Palma, in the fashionable Sa Gerreria neighbourhood, with three private terraces and spectacular views of the city, its historic buildings and the sea. The property combines the vibrancy of the city centre with the tranquillity of a street with barely any traffic, offering a unique refuge in the heart of the city.
Apartment layout
Main floor: Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room with table for 6 people and sofa bed. It also has a balcony with table and chairs.
Ground floor: Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. From this floor you can access the second furnished terrace and, via an external staircase, to the upper terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and panoramic views.
Important: The apartment is located on the fourth floor with no lift, so a small effort is required to access it, and we do not recommend it for elderly people or families with prams, but the reward is the unique views of Palma!
The accommodation has air conditioning, hot/cold Wi-Fi, guaranteeing comfort throughout your stay.
Gerreria District
Sa Gerreria is a neighbourhood with lots of character, ideal for those seeking to combine culture, gastronomy and urban life. You will find bars, restaurants, shops and street art just a few steps away. The location is excellent:
250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major.
800 m from Plaça d'Espanya, with access to most public transport, including the Sóller Train and airport buses.
Despite being in a lively neighbourhood, the property offers tranquillity thanks to its location in a penthouse and on a quiet street.
House rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (yes on the terraces, being careful with cigarette butts).
Keep the apartment clean and tidy.
Respect common areas (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving about in silence.
Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of complaints from neighbours, the owner may evict guests without refunding the booking amount, and will also retain the deposit.
Booking conditions
During your stay, a deposit of €250 will be retained, applicable to property damage, loss of keys or excessive dirt.
Check-in time: from 15:00, although we are flexible if availability permits.
Check-out time: until 11:00.
The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the booking.
Parking and access
The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents (ACIRE). Priority Villas will manage the circulation authorisation with the Town Hall: you only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number.
Nearby parking available upon request and with an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability. There are also recommended nearby public car parks.
