Es Pont is super!

Amazing House in Mallorca!

We had such an incredible trip with 10 friends at this stunning house. Josh was incredible and gave us so many great recommendations. Easy to drive into Palma or to do day trips to Soller, Deia, Valledemossa, etc. Can't wait to go back!

I cannot express enough our wonderful stay at this villa. The house was exactly as described in the listing. Every amentity included. Wonderful views of Palma. We were there for our daughters wedding and had multiple families staying in the villa. It was perfect for our needs.

Wir haben mit 5 Freunden eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus verbracht! Das Haus und das Grundstück sind für 8 Personen perfekt! Der Vertreter des Gastgebers war sehr freundlich und immer sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Als Wermutstropfen war die Nachforderung für Dir Beiden Fahrzeuge, das war in der Anzeige so nicht beschrieben! Der Preis war aber sehr in Ordnung! Alles in allem eine Perfekte Unterkunft in der Nähe von Palma!! Sehr zu empfehlen!

top vakantie

we hebben heel erg genoten van onze vakantie in villa Es Pont. Het is wel even wegwijs worden vanwege de indeling en bouw tegen de berg aan, vooral de (wentel) oprijlaan met brug laat een onvergetelijke indruk achter, heel mooi, vooral by night! De beide auto's waren zeer welkom, vooral de fraaie cabrio. Bedankt!

Woning op zich mooi groot, net, nutsvoorzieningen waren er. Jammer dat de keuken materiaal verouderd was en niet deftig werkte. Keuken is volledig aan vernieuwing toe.

Die Betreuung durch Agentur war sehr gut. Das Objekt in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Der Ansprechpartner der Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Auf Vereinbarung kam die Reinigungskraft dreimal die Woche und erledigte ihre Aufgaben sehr zuverlässig. Das Gleiche galt für die Pflege des Pools und der Grünanlagen. Sehr hilfreich war die Verfügbarkeit der beiden Autos. Der Gesamteindruck der Villa war gut und deren Lage hervorragend. Es gab nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht und können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Traumhaft

Die Finca / Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Der Blick übers Meer und auf die Kathedrale von Palma ist grandios. Wir haben wunderbare zwei Wochen hier verbracht und waren glücklich über die tolle Lage, die Ausstattung und das super saubere Haus. Ein großer Dank geht an Dolly, die Reinigungskraft, die stets mit guter Laune dafür sorgte, dass das Haus auch sauber blieb. Die zwei Autos haben den Urlaub sehr bereichert...vor allem die Cabriofahrten haben uns viel Spaß gemacht! Wir haben die perfekte Finca für uns gefunden und direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

Tolles Haus, aber nicht die versprochene Reinigung

Ein super Haus in toller Lage. Soweit war alles wirklich gut. Aber leider kam in der Woche nicht einmal eine Reinigungskraft, obwohl laut Inserat die Reinigung täglich kommen sollte. Schade. Sonst alles top!

Großes Haus mit viel Ausstattung

Ein tolles großes Haus einige Kilometer außerhalb Palmas (man blickt vom Berghang aus über die Stadt). Mit Pool, Basketballplatz (inkl. Basketball) und viel Platz in vielen Räumen und auf den Terrassen. Man kann sich regelrecht verlaufen ^^ Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer, wobei 2 Zimmer mit ca. 1,80-m-Einzelbetten ausgestattet sind (nix für große Menschen ;-) Dazu 4 Bäder mit Dusche oder Badewanne! Manches ist schon ein bisschen abgenutzt, trotzdem ist die Ausstattung hochwertig und alles war sauber. Die zwei Autos zum Haus aus der Beschreibung gibt es nicht mehr, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
