Very nice place. Lovely pool area and close to the beach. The location is very touristy, a lot of German places in the area. The only bad thing about the hotel is that the breakfast plates were dirty several days in a row.

A lovely place to stay for a girls holiday.

A lovely place to stay for a girls holiday. The pool is in the sun all day and a fantastic size compares to other hotels in the area. Great sunbeds and they are plenty, great modern rooms with comfy bed and pillows that are cleaned daily. Cheap and affordable food and drinks and a great breakfast selection. I didn't enjoy the sliding bathroom doors - aesthetically pleasing but don't offer any privacy at all. Fantastic value for money. Albeit there was noise but nothing I wouldnt expect from that sort of location. The biggest annoyence was the sun bed towel schemes - you had to pay a deposit in a cash not even using your chip but also had to use the same one for the duration of your stay. I just found it bizarre! Also if you dont keep your reciept you won't get your deposit back?

Gutes Relax und trotzdem nahe bei Allem

Schönes Hotel an ruhiger Lage aber nicht weit von der Ausgehmeile und dem Strand. Super feines Frühstück und man kann dies bei Tischen neben dem Pool geniessen! Das Personal ist nett und das Hotel legt sogar Wert auf Ökologie, was in Mallorca selten ist. Die Poolanlage ist mit schönen Liegen und einer netten Bar ausgestattet.

Das Cooks Palma ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Reibungsloser und freundlicher Check-In sowie Check-Out. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage wurde so renoviert, dass dort ein hippes Hotel zum günstigen Preis entstanden ist. Gäste waren auch super angenehm. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. DANKE

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Pool. Die Zimmer sind sehr billig eingerichtet, aber zum schlafen reicht es allemal. Das Frühstück ist eines der Besten an der Platja de Palma. Für jeden was dabei und es wird immer schnell nachgefüllt. Unterhaltung am Pool ist absolut im richtigen Maße! Live Gesang, Akrobatik etc. alles in richtiger Dosierung. Das Thema Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer…ja na klar sind die hellhörig, aber das sind fast alle Hotelzimmer. Wer es absolut ruhig will, sollte nicht zum Ballermann fahren, dafür gibt es andere schöne Ecken auf Mallorca. Ich komme gerne her …

Das Hotel ist super! Von A-Z! Das Frühstück ist richtig klasse, große Auswahl und es wird immer frisch aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist immer bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen! Das Mittag-/Abendessen ist außerhalb des Hotels besser, aber wenn man mal nicht das Hotel verlassen möchte, ist das Essen trotzdem genießbar, nur überteuert. Der einzige Minuspunkt: die Wände sind gefühlt aus Pappe und nicht wirklich gut isoliert, bzw. man hört alllleesss. Aber wann ist man mal auf dem Zimmer? Daher alles noch im Rahmen.

Kein Frühstück bei früherer Abreise angeboten, kein Early Check In möglich nicht mal gegen Gebühr. Bei Anreise um 8 Uhr morgens - auf Nachfrage bezüglich Frühstück - eigentlich nicht möglich - aber nach dem Motto ihr könnt ausnahmsweise was essen gehen. Die Zimmer waren schön, aber auf den Bildern erscheinen sie viel größer als in Wirklichkeit. Essen war gut, Obstbowls fand ich gut. Mittags gabs die Möglichkeit ein Mittagessen zu bestellen - die Auswahl war groß. Anlage und Pool sehr schön jedoch viel zu kaltes Wasser, keine Beheizung. Jeder der annähernd versucht hat ins Wasser zu gehen war kurz vorm schreien weil es so sehr kalt war. Sehr schade wäre gerne länger als ein mal 5 Minuten im Pool gewesen.

Besticht mit seinem schlichten „ Outfit ", aber mit Liebe zum Detail. Ein super Frühstücksangebot, wo auch Vegetarier und Veganer auf ihre Kosten kommen. Schöne Poolanlage und auch nur wenige Minuten fussläufig zum Strand. Feiern kann man, muss man aber nicht zwangsläufig. Ich komme sicher wieder hierher!

The entire property is unique! Very clean, wonderful pool area, adults only, food amazing, staff helpful and lovely. I love this place, been twice in 2019 in May and Oct. I can only get away for 3 nights at a time but its so worth it. Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars, set in residential area. Pool towels available too so you don't have to pack those. Hand wash in bathroom plus hair and body wash in the shower. Highly recommended!

Mooi hotel, prachtig (koud water) zwembad met ligbedden, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Het hotel is enorm gehorig. Jongeren lopen ‘s nachts schreeuwend en op deuren bonkend over de gangen, waar niks aan gedaan wordt. Hierdoor hebben veel mensen last van slapeloze nachten gehad, waaronder wijzelf. De bedden zijn erg kort, en er is weinig verlichting in de kamer.

De ligging van het hotel is fanatastisch, alles kort in de buurt. Kamers erg klein en hebben een opknapbeurt nodig. Mooi zwembad , hele fijne ligbedden met matras. Alleen is er veel schaduw waardoor de helft van het zwembad gedurende de dag geen zon heeft. Hierdoor is het zwembad erg koud. Verder eten en restaurant prima.

Das Personal war wirklich total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück kann man absolut zu empfehlen. Den Pool- und Loungebereich ebenso. Das Zimmer selbst war in meinen Augen nicht so toll. Es war unfassbar muffig und extrem klamm. Vielleicht hatten wir aber auch einfach nur Pech mit dem Zimmer und die anderen Zimmer sind deutlich besser, das kann ich aber nicht beurteilen. Unser Zimmer war auf jeden Fall nicht so der hit. Sorry

Bra hotell med närhet till festen

Cooks Club är ett bra hotell, välordnat, rent och prydligt med ett trevligt poolområde. Varje morgon serveras en Utomordentligt bra frukost så spara gärna plats i magen för denna. Hotellet ligger i ett gigantiskt hotelldistrikt med massivt utbud av restauranger och barer och närheten till flygplatsen gör att man sparar semestertid på anslutningsresan. Hyfsat när till Palma, 15-20 min med expressbuss och 45 min med lokalbuss (1.50€) som går ofta, var dock beredd på att det är FULLT på bussarna så bussresan kan bli lite långsam och svettig. Vi åkte mellan olika hotell och bodde därför endast tre nätter på Cooks och detta hotell är riktigt bra, så om ni vill ha bra hålligång-semester är detta ett bra hotell där ni är alldeles i utkanten av restauranggatorna.
