Our property is uniquely designed to provide plenty of space and comfort for your group, consisting of a main guesthouse and an adjacent pool house located on the same lot as the main residence.

- Bathroom: 1 bathroom equipped with a sink, in-bath shower, bidet, and toilet.

An additional full bathroom (perfect for a quick rinse after a swim).

Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with the host).

We live on-site in the main residence. We love welcoming guests and are always happy to share local tips, but we completely respect your privacy so you can fully relax and enjoy the guesthouse and garden.

Your Private Space: You will have exclusive, private access to the entire detached guest house.

In-Person Check-In: We love welcoming our guests! We’ll meet you in person upon arrival to hand you the physical keys, show you around the guest house, and answer any quick questions you might have.

Parking: Free and convenient street parking is available right next to the guest house.

🏡 Shared Spaces & Boundaries

Shared Spaces: The driveway and the laundry room are shared spaces. You’re welcome to use the laundry facilities during your stay.

Off-Limits Zones: The main house on the property is our private residence and is strictly off-limits to guests. We fully respect your privacy and will give you your space, but since we’re right next door, we’re happy to help if you need anything!

🚗 Getting Around & Car Requirement

Please note that a vehicle is required to get to the property and to explore the surrounding area.

- No Public Transit: There is no public transport (buses or trains) available to or from the property.

- Rideshares: Uber and Lyft may be infrequent or unreliable in this area, so we highly recommend driving your own car or renting one for your stay.

Free and easy street parking is available right next to the guest house!
