Want to get away from it all? Enjoy the heat and outdoors while in the beautiful and sunny Palm Desert area. Come enjoy your vacation in this private single story 3 bedroom 3 bath (each bedroom with their own bath) condo with a great view of the lake and golf course. There are no neighbors above you! The floorplan is excellent for multi generational or couples use as no bedroom shares a common wall with another and each has its own bathroom. There is a 2 car private garage that is accessed through your private patio in the front. Palm Valley Country Club is a 24 hour guard gated community and one of the premiere clubs in the area. It is centrally located to the freeway, shopping areas, golf courses and restaurants. There are 3 pools within a short walk of the unit that you can use. Come and see why this community is nicknamed the "Fun Club"... Although there are no taxes for a stay of 28 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove the taxes from the quote when you see it on line. However, I can remove it prior to booking or refund it back to you as soon as you do a Book it Now. Thanks for considering our property! City of Palm Desert license#STR2018-0245. Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Palm Valley CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November and late April - early May. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Club is private and not available to guests typically. Please call me with any questions.

This was an excellent location for our group of five. The fact that everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom was so convenient. There was room to spread out and relax. We didn’t have time to enjoy the surrounding amenities, but they sure looked great. Neal was very communicative and easy to work with.

We loved our stay at this property...the 3 bedrooms were perfect for two couples and 4 sets of golf clubs! Furniture was all very comfortable and hosts were attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great host and great property, unusually has 3 full size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two en-suite. View out to golf course from patio is lovely. Highly recommend.

Crocus Ln VRBO

This lovely condo is in a beautiful gated golf community. The location is great -- a stone's throw from great shopping and restaurants. The view of the lake behind the condo is fabulous. We were impressed with the furnishings and decor. We look forward to our next getaway on Crocus Ln.

Excellent, comfortable property on golf course

The overall property was well maintained and very nice. Our unit was comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the fact that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - that was perfect for the four of us. The instructions provided by the owner were clear and well documented. Email communications with the owner were answered promptly and he was delightful to work with. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

FANTASTIC HOUSE IN THE PRETTIEST OF SETTINGS!

Wr absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! The house was surprisingly spacious (each room having its own bathroom was a bonus!), very clean and well-stocked. The host was always quick to respond and very kind and accommodating. The best part, though, was the gorgeous country club setting. Every part of the property was stunning and well-cared for. Palm trees and pools for days! Will definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our girls trip so fun!

Palm Desert Getaway

Located overlooking the 16 fairway of the Palm Valley Country Club, this townhome was the perfect layout for a vacation with friends. The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the home giving everyone privacy. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to whip up a meal. The fixtures are dated but the place was immaculate. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. The pool and hot tub are right across the street and 2 doors down. Very convenient! The neighbors were nice and the golf was fun. Stay here!

Palm Desert stay

Our condo accommodations on Crocus Lane were perfect…well maintained and beautifully appointed. Four sisters went to Palm Desert for three nights and couldn’t have been more pleased. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Great for four girls! The owner/host provided me with all necessary information prior to our arrival. I emailed him with questions a couple of times before our arrival. He answered back promptly and was so nice! Such a pleasure to “work” with!

Yearly ladies getaway for the 18th year

Neal and his wife were fantastic hosts. This is our 18th year of the ladies getting together in California for a quick getaway. It was a perfect location and your directions were spot on. The property was very clean and close to grocery stores and other amenities. Beds were comfy and each having a bath/shower attached to each bedroom was very convenient. We had access to multiple pools, which we used, and the gas grill was a huge plus. Our steaks turned out perfect. I would recommend this property. The owners are very nice and accommodated all our needs. Five star location and host. Thank you Neal.

Lovely Crocus Lane

My 3 girlfriends and I were excited to spend a week in Palm Desert at the Crocus Lane property. We were impressed by how spacious and accommodating the floor plan is, particularly since we are 4 adult women. There are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit...all en suite...with a double sink in the primary bedroom. This made our stay very comfortable! Unfortunately, the L.A. Wildfires happened during our stay, and 2 of my friends had family members who were directly impacted. We left a day early. Neal was a wonderful host in all ways possible; he forgave payment for the last night due to our family emergencies. I recommend the unit to any one seeking a well-located, spacious Palm Desert condo (with a very well-appointed kitchen)!
