The open kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a dining table for four. ☀️ In summer, the heated in-ground pool with waterfall and surrounding palm trees create your private oasis, while the hot tub and shaded patio seating offer relief from the desert heat. Two external security cameras are active: one above the front gate monitoring entry, one above the front door monitoring the entrance.

Getting Around:

Downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a 15-minute drive into the mountains. Highway 111 provides easy access to Coachella Valley destinations, with Joshua Tree National Park about 45 minutes east.

• Pool heat and hot tub heating available October through May for $100 plus tax per night for the entire stay duration. Contact Customer Care at least 48 hours before arrival to activate.

• Stays of 29 nights or more require a $1,500 monthly utility deposit collected separately, covering gas, electricity, water, and pool heating. Unused portions refunded at checkout; overages are guest responsibility.

• A homeowner vehicle remains parked on-site under the carport during guest stays. Guests are responsible for any accidental damage to the parked vehicle.

• Two external security cameras actively monitor the front gate entry and front door entrance.
