Everything was great, Bram was an excellent host! Would definitely stay there again, pool area was the best setting to enjoy your morning coffee! Bonus to be so close to some great restaurants also!

Great location

Tidy gated condo with fun MCM vibe. Heated pools. Close to Palm Canyon rd and all the great restaurants (try Sammy G’s for Italian and Sherman’s deli). The host was very easy to talk to and helpful. Fun stay, hope to return.

Great Locaton / Updated condo

The location was perfect. Walked to shops and restaurants every day. Condo had recently been updated and was one on the nicest rentals we have ever had.

Great stay and a gracious host

Bram was a great host. Timely communication and checked in through the stay to see everything was to your satisfaction. It is a very well equipped condo and close to the parking lot for those heavy shopping days. lol Easy walk to downtown restaurants and across the street from the casino. I definitely enjoyed my stay at Bram's condo.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay very much, the condo was just as advertised, and the location was perfect...although a little too close to Sherman's Deli...we may have gained a few pounds. The Property Manager was very responsive. We had only 2 requests, and he dealt with them promptly. I would highly recommend this location to others who are looking for a vacation rental in Palm Springs.

Short Palm Springs vacation

We love Palm Springs so much we needed more time. We have stayed for months in years past. complex was in a great location…we were familiar with it prior to booking. Walking distance to town for the street fair, restaurants, shopping. Unit was close to pool.❤️ updates to the unit were very nicely done and overall it was very clean. The checking in and out process was very easy. Bram was quick to response to any questions we had. Very important.

Fantastic location and host

This is my second time staying at this property. Bram is an amazing host that is very responsive and dedicated to ensuring you have an excellent stay. The unit itself is clean, very welcoming, comfortable, and is within walking distance to lots of bars, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend

Marvelous Condo and exceptional host, The host Bram was super helpful and made for a wonderful stat. It’s a beautiful condo in the best location. I enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen the bed was so comfortable and an awesome shower. I was in the pool every morning.
