Minutes from downtown Palm Springs on a quiet street; close to hiking, 30 minutes to Coachella & Stagecoach.

Dogs welcome! Chef's kitchen fully stocked.

Enjoy your favorite shows on a 75” TV with comfy lay down couches. Play pool and games in our game room that also has a portable infrared steam sauna

The entire property has high ceilings. There are 5 licensed bedrooms with closets, windows, and ceiling fans. They have been designed by a leading designer from 5-star hotel business.
The 6 beds easily sleep 10 people.

Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1)
1 king size bed. Spacious room opening to the back yard and spa. Huge full bathroom with walk-in closet and separate toilet.

1 king size bed, big closet, nice design with huge abstract pictures, night stands and lamps, sharing a full bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3
1 king size bed with big closet, night stands and lamps, sharing a full bathroom with Bedroom 2.

2 full size beds with big closet, 2 windows, night stands and lamps.

has a separate AC mini split unit, pool table, ice hockey table for kids, board games, and a big sofa with convertible bed.

The Spa can be heated upon guest’s request. We charge 50 usd for 4 hours
The pool can be heated upon guest’s request. We charge 100 usd per day. The pool takes about 8 hours to heat up during winter, so let us know in advance if you want to have it ready at a certain time.
