The Swan House may just be our new fave house in Palm Springs! We stayed over the New Year's holiday and it was the perfect setup for two families. Loved that three bedrooms had en-suites, and the fourth bedroom with the daybed/trundle bed offers great flexibility. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials (not always a given), and had plenty of cabinet and counter space. We loved relaxing in the back yard, the mountain view makes for a great vibe. The pool heating and spa worked great, very easy controls - ditto for the propane fire pit table. And the owner Eduardo was a true pleasure to deal with - he was extremely pleasant and accommodating as a host. We'll def be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Palm Springs home. The house was very spacious for our party of 7 and well-equipped. The grounds were well-kept, and it's situated centrally and in a nice neighborhood. Eduardo was the consumate host, who was very responsive to our inquiries and wanted to ensure a pleasant stay. The outdoor space was great, and we loved the view of the mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and recommend to others!

Fantastic Stay

Our party of 7 (3 kids aged 5 and under) had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious, clean, and well set up for our needs. The pool and spa were fantastic, we loved spending time swimming and relaxing. I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs and would definitely return to this one. This place was so relaxing. I would stay here again and again. The communication with the host was amazing, they got back to you right away. The house was an oasis of relaxation and peace. My kids were in the pool the whole week. We cooked everyday and my kids didn’t spend a lot of time on their tablets and cellphones. My teenagers actually played with my little ones. I will be back thanks for the amazing stay.

Spacious house for weekend with friends!

The house is comfortable and well-laid out for a weekend get-away with girl friends. It was well-appointed with linens, kitchen supplies, etc. and was immaculate; one bathroom had a minor mini-ant incursion that the host, Eduardo, immediately addressed even though it was after hours on Friday. Eduardo and his team are extremely responsive and welcoming. Before you check in, they send videos to help you navigate the basics, such as location of the garage lockbox, an extra communication that was helpful. I highly recommend this property.

34th annual adventure

5 adults stayed for 8 days. The setup was perfect for our group. Having a private bathroom with each bedroom was great! The house is nicely decorated and there is plenty of room to be together as a group and also room to have separate spaces of our own. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Palm Springs and for some short day trips. We were there in the winter but were able to sit/dine outside unless it rained. The neighborhood was good for morning walks. Typically we like to visit a new place each year but we are talking about coming back here next year!!!

Swan House Extraordinaire

Loved, loved, loved everything about this house, the hosts, and the on site manager. Our stay was fabulous! The pool was fabulous. The house was well equipped with everything. There were six adults, two teens, one preteen and a thirteen month old little boy in our party, and everyone was happy! Not an easy feat! One of us had to telecommute and the internet worked great, very fast. I wish we had booked our stay for more time. Wonderful, spacious house!

Beautiful home! Three huge bedrooms, all with en-suite large bathrooms, plus another good-sized bedroom with a trundle bed, and a nice desk. Half bath in the hall is super convenient. We had three couples and two kids, and we had lots of room - very spacious home. Lots of room to spread out. Dining room was great for all 8 of us. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. House was clean, and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Full size laundry was great. The back yard was awesome - plenty of seating, chaise lounges, large dining table, a fire pit, and of course, the pool and spa (hot tub). The location is great - easy to get to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and to highway 10. Eduardo and Armando were quick to answer any questions, and were very good hosts. We definitely will be back!

Summer Getaway

The house is as described...fabulous! Every room is so large and fit the 6 of us so perfect. We spent a lot if tine at the house this year. It is angled so even though the temperature was high end of June, the breeze was so nice. We never got too warm and the pool was nice and cool. The kitchen is set up nice and we had most of our meals at the house. We did some BBQ. It is close to downtown by car, we took a ride there and stopped at a few shops. We plan to return when possible when the kids are out of school. The owners of the property are such wonderful, kind, caring people. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs and by conference call/text someone would be available at any time. The sweet housekeeper met us and showed us around/answered any questions. I cant think of anything that we didnt like. Thanks so much. We HIGHLY recommend this home for any length of stay.

Golden Girls Get-away

There are 5 of us retired flight attendants who travel around together. When we travel we are very picky about the location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms of the house we rent. On top of it all, the reviews have to be above average. We chose Armando and Edwardo's SWAN HOUSE for those very reasons. The two hosts were the absolute best communicators of any we've ever rented from. From the get-go they were right there to answer any question we had. On top of that, Arturo their property manager greeted us at the house to show us around and answer questions. That was very helpful. The process was seamless. Their house was sparkling clean a must! It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of nice glasses, coffee cups, dishes, appliances etc, nice bedding and plenty of it. It felt like all the comforts of home. The back yard has a beautiful pool and hot tub, firepit, lounges, sitting area and dining table and chairs. It was nice to also have a patch of grass and a nice big mature orange tree that was lit up with white twinkle lights at night and the most fragrant blossoms ever. We 5 ladies agreed we could live there permanently. The house design was really great and rooms all very spacious with a dining room, living room, eating bar in a big spacious kitchen and an open plan to a large family room. We liked that the front outside of the house was well lit at night. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We will definitely recommend and book here again! Check it out!

Excellent Cozy Home away from home!

Stayed here for Coachella weekend! It was such a cute property, perfect location, with a pool and pet friendly. Took my two small dogs, and was plenty of space for the 4 of us adults! Can easily fit another 2-4 people! It was very clean, cozy, easy check-in/check out and host was very responsive with anything we needed! 10/10 would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the best stay I have experienced. I have only great things to say about this wonderful home. Everything is like you see in the photos, but better! I had no idea how large the space was. The photos do not truly capture the space and the tranquility of his beautiful home. My family and I have such a lovely time. We felt comfortable, safe and enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The location is great, residential, but still close enough to the market. You will love staying here. Arturo, Armando and Eduardo were so attentive and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

Bachelorette Weekend

My friends and I had a blast here for my bachelorette weekend. Location was great, 5 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the airport. The house has a wonderful layout for a group and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect! The hosts were very generous and readily available if we needed anything at all! Our Super Week at Swan House

If you want luxury, comfort, and owners who really care about your experience, then Swan House should be your choice. The house is beautifully decorated, large and spacious, but the real treat is the outdoor dining lanai, heated pool and jacuzzi,. There’s a fire pit too! Armando and Eduardo were gracious and attentive to every need. We would happily rent from them any time, any place, and recommend them without reservation. My stay at Swan House in Palm Springs surpassed expectations! From the detailed attention (the owners called or texted everyday to make sure we were happy and comfortable) and exceptional hospitality of the owners, to Gaby's friendly and efficient tour, everything was perfect. Thoughtful inclusions like toothpaste and shower gel made us feel at home. The saltwater pool was an irresistible oasis, offering relaxation and magical experiences. The elegantly furnished bedrooms provided a serene haven, and cleanliness was remarkable throughout. The owners' exceptional accessibility, even while abroad, added a special touch. Conveniently located near downtown amenities, this rental is a gem. Highly recommended! We highly recommend Swan House to visitors to Palm Springs.

Early-on that we knew our stay at Swan House would be good as owners Eduardo Welter and Armando Rendon were cordial and reliably communicative with us in the booking process. The property description and amenities offered were accurate. The house is in very good condition no doubt due to the efforts of property manager Roger Wheatley who was quick to respond to any inquiries or requests we made during our visit. Eduardo set up a group text string to include co-owner Armando, Roger, and myself so that there would always be someone available for inquiries. Roger is an amazing asset as he's very committed to the house’s upkeep and extended very nice gestures of hospitality during our visit. Likewise Eduardo checked in with us by text periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The back yard space was very nice with comfy outdoor seating arranged around a fire-table to take the chill off cool desert evenings. A table for eight for al fresco dining with gas grill was nearby. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are also there (see my notes on it below). A beautiful Meyer lemon tree abundant with golden fruit kept us supplied with freshly squeezed juice we used for cocktails, chicken marinade recipes, and even salad dressings! About the pool area: There are ample lounge chairs available but if your plans include basking poolside in the warm desert sun and working on your tan, you should be aware that Swan House's pool/spa area faces north and, at least during the winter months, gets no direct sun. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but with the cooler temps in the 60s we experienced, you’ll need all the sun you can get to feel warm enough to swim. Late afternoon we enjoyed some sun in the outdoor sitting area and had a vantage point to see some dramatic sunsets over Mount San Jacinto that looms to the southwest. Inside we were very comfortable with lots of nice spaces to retreat for quiet chill & down time. We entertained friends in front of the living room fireplace one evening, and then enjoyed a nice a nice sit-down dinner in the adjacent dining room. Depending upon what we were doing or the rooms we were in, we found we needed to bring table or floor lamps from other rooms to sufficiently light the space—most notably for dinner in the dining room, where the chandelier was a bit too dim to see faces or food. This is a small thing but I know the owners welcome the feedback on how they might be able to continue to improve their guests' experience.

Fantastic spot in Palm Springs

Our family spent our Christmas vacation at the Swan House. The property layout is terrific - excellent commons area for gathering, and ample private areas. The property is nice, cleanliness was excellent and the location seemed central to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the owners as well as the property manager were seamless. I highly recommend the Swan House!

Perfect getaway

First time visiting Palm Springs on a mother/daughter trip. The property was well kept and the backyard pool area was perfect for hanging out. We had 8 people in our group and the house had plenty of space/beds to accommodate our group. We had one small issue with the hot tub heater and management was quick to respond to fix the issue. Would definitely return to this property on our next visit to Palm Springs!

Amazing stay

This house was my favorite. I have been renting in Palm Springs for many years. The layout and location was awesome. I took my grandchildren for the birthdays. The pool, jacuzzi and backyard did not disappoint. I will be back to this house.
