Multi-level condo offering a grand living room with high ceilings, wet bar and balcony; newly updated kitchen with large seating area and outdoor patio; spacious primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large closet; two guest rooms (one with office/workspace) and modern bathrooms.

Utilities allowance $ 250 each per month (gas + electricity), We will charge a utility deposit of $ 500 per month. This is a 28+ day rental.

March Madness

The property was very nice. New appliances! Nespresso coffee maker. The bed was heaven. We walked to downtown and Swiss Donut (a gem). Easy access to everywhere. The property has been upgraded and the kitchen is well-stocked. There were only two of us but nice layout of bedrooms and 3 baths !
