- Spectacular location in central Palm Springs. Short walk to markets/stores or 3 minute drive to downtown .
This amazing property has everything you’ll need for a fantastic stay. The entire home has been recently remodeled. The spacious backyard has a heated pool (up to $75/day), 4 burner barbecue, oversize yard, covered patio, in a very private setting.
Palm Springs has rules about parties, noise and music. Please read their “Friendly Neighbor” brochure.
There are great restaurants, plenty of nightlife, an abundance of outdoor activities, a world class casino, convention center all within a few minutes drive.
This home is located in a wonderful upscale neighborhood with no traffic.
