Modern luxury meets contemporary style in this spectacular Executive Villa. Spacious open concept floor plan, two fabulous master suites plus a third space that can serve as a home office or sleeping quarters for overflow guests. This impressive single-family home has a private pool yard with gorgeous mountain views. The focus here is on easy living in the sunshine.

THE LIVING SPACES
The Artful Cosmo is more than 2,200 square feet of pure decadence where it's all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. The great room provides an upscale but comfortable place for your entire group to spread out and relax. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open to each other. The chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Along the front of the house are huge glass walls that reveal your walled yard with a pool and spa, al fresco dining, a gas barbecue, and gorgeous mountain views. The backyard provides a wonderful private space to relax and read a book or have a cocktail. The backyard also has a wonderful fire feature to enjoy your favorite Cosmo (or other beverage) while enjoying the wonderful desert nights. The Artful Cosmo blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The pool and spa area have a great dining area, mountain views, and a seating area to enjoy a cocktail and great conversation all with an amazing mountain view.
On the other side of the house is a great fire feature to enjoy the stars and a late-night cocktail.

Optional Pool & Spa Heating is $75/night, if you would like spa-only heating it is $30/night

There are security cameras on the pool equipment and at the side gate by the trash cans, along with a Ring Doorbell (there are NO cameras in the house, garage, front yard pool area, or backyard).

Great Property

Long weekend getaway. House is clean, well decorated and comfortable. Interior layout is spacious and well furnished. Outdoor space and pool/hot tub is excellent and garage parking a bonus given the Palm Springs heat! Only drawback is this is under the PS airport flight path. I love planes, but it’s a bit noisy during the day. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Palm Springs trip

Had a great time overall. House was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. I’d warn anyone visiting though, that this particular area is prone to high winds. Our first week there was wonderful, but the entire second week had extremely high winds that were quite unpleasant. Pool furniture flying, wind howling.

Fabulous Property in Palm Springs

We had a multi-generational family holiday in this gem of a home. It was perfect! Comfortable, spacious (two primary suites) bedrooms, great living space to spend time together and gorgeous outdoor spaces. The photos do it justice! Gorgeous view of the mountains, easy access to downtown and other attractions like the tram. The property manager was a dream to communicated with and went out his way to ensure we were comfortable and settled in. We would absolutely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful 7 night getaway here. Everything is as advertised. The 2 master suites are perfect when traveling with friends. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is great. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The property manager always responded right away. 5 stars all around, will definitely return!

Terrific house, location, host

We are regular visitors to Coachella Valley and stay a month per visit. Our previous house was no longer available, and we selected this one - which turned out to be wonderful. We were there for the whole month of February, and would definitely return. Everything was as advertised. The pool and spa were in excellent condition, the house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, everything was "just like home". There is some occasional airplane sound, as the airport is relatively close by, but it is not obtrusive at all. Absolutely no negatives for this property!

Lovely, updated, spacious property with everything you would need and want. My friends and I stayed here for a few days to catch up. Super easy to get Uber/lyft into town for dinner or spa outings. Definitely recommend.
