This beautifully furnished and refurbished Racquet Club Estates post and beam midcentury home is a jewel. Designed by Palmer and Krisel, and built by the Alexander company, the home features quartz stone tile floors, new energy-efficient HVAC system, water softener, solar, newer insulated roof, dual-paned windows, newer interior/exterior doors, 2-car garage, remodeled bathrooms and a lot more. The kitchen is highly upgraded with Euro cabinets, Caesarstone countertops and high-end appliances. All plumbing and electric has been updated. Enjoy the mountain views from the spacious private outdoor space that includes a large patio area, bbq area with grill and pizza oven, outdoor bar, fire pit, hut tub, low-maintenance landscaping, outdoor shower and a recently updated pebble tec pool with new variable speed pump and 400K BTU heater.
