Guest Access:

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.

As the sun begins to set and the desert sky turns into a kaleidoscope of vibrant hues, enjoy a cocktail from the back deck. Later in the evening, gather around several fire pits, or take a dip in the pool under a blanket of stars.



Sun-kissed and sleepy, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of two comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The gorgeous primary bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, separate walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and sliding glass doors that open up directly to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, closet, and tiled shower.



Everything about this property has been designed to provide the ultimate vacation paradise. The resort-style back yard features a saltwater pool with a tanning deck. You will also find poolside chaise lounges, alfresco dining areas, and a poolside fire pit. Please note: This home is not child friendly due to the open layout of the infinity pool and drop to canyon. Due to it's location, this home is also susceptible to desert animals like bighorn sheep, coyotes, bobcats and more.



House Rules and Notes



No outdoor Music or audible sound due to city requirements.



No more than 2 cars at the house at any time. Occupancy is 2 ppl per bedroom.



Check-out time is 10 AM



This home has a security Device, a camera is facing the front yard and driveway.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
