In the living space, a roomy sectional and 2 armchairs surround a gas fireplace and Smart TV, inspiring guests to converge for lively conversation or viewing the latest Oscar-winning film. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with KitchenAid and Bosch appliances, plus a spacious center island that doubles as a 4-stool breakfast bar—perfect for planning the day over a caffeine fix from the Nespresso machine. To the side, a dining table for 12 sits beneath a glamorous chandelier, and enormous sliding glass doors open to the patio for poolside dining. Wander outside to enjoy an afternoon repose on the covered patio and relish the privacy afforded by the 20-foot hedges.
