La Roca is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer, including hiking, biking, and exploring the glamour and style of historic neighborhoods. The home's central location makes it easy to access the best dining, shopping, and entertainment in the area.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+
• Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.

This house is amazing!

From the moment you step into this house it has such a positive feel! Super clean, design of the house is so well thought of, very comfortable and beautiful! Pool was well heated, it was perfect. Great location! We stay in Palm Springs pretty often and this was by far one of our favorite houses. Would 110% come back here!! The backyard is amazing! So beautiful. Communication with property managers is super quick. Our propane tanks were empty, I wrote to the managers and they were right st our door with new ones. Wish the house rental was a little cheaper. It was expensive for the size of the house. Tons of different expensive fees that all seemed a little too much. Definitely would love to come back here though.
