"This hotel is a great location! The staff are amazing- welcoming and helpful. As a result of staff team I would give this hotel a 5 but it needs a little more love and care! First of all my my Robert from the restaurant the epitome of servitude the “ambassador” for the hotel- what a gem and he loves his job. Like I can’t wait to see him again! He made me felt appreciated as a guest. Dave the supervisor at the front desk and my housekeeper Sonia- extraordinary representative of Palm Beach Gardens DoubleTree Hotel. I will be back thanks Robert again - from your Bahamas Friends."

"The location is stunning. The amenities and staff in the pool areas are excellence. Staff were extremely accommodating with lounge, chairs and umbrellas and food service in the outdoor pool areas. I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here the night before an early flight. The property is what it is: a place to sleep. The room was ok - the bathroom wasn’t all that clean. The breakfast was suitable and nice to have before an early flight. The staff was helpful. The airport shuttle wasn’t included in the rate we paid. We paid for the shuttle and it was on time and courteous service. "

"I booked a package deal on Expedia and was worried when I saw the reviews. So I called the front desk and spoke to Moya the manager. She was awesome. Asked if we had any special requests. I told her we drink alot of coffee. She made sure we had a coffee maker in the room. She reassured me that all the rooms were renovated. True to her word the room was brand new. Kinda like a new car rental. It was great. The pool was clean and refreshing and we loved using the cabana. The best part was the price . What a deal. "

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
