Comfortable Accommodations:
All four bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and Samsung Smart TVs, ensuring ultimate comfort. Two bedrooms offer their own private patio space with chairs for a quiet retreat. The two master suites, located at opposite ends of the bedroom wing, boast en-suite baths. All bathrooms are new and updated with skylights and windows, keeping them light and bright. For those who need to stay connected, one bedroom includes a dedicated desk, and a standing desk on casters is available for use anywhere in the home.

Direct from Owner & Transparent Pricing:
Rent directly from the owner and avoid hidden or high "Host" fees often charged by third-party agencies. You'll communicate directly with me and my local house manager. We are passionate about sharing our home and charge only the rental rate, cleaning, and tax. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee. Enjoy a 10% discount on weekly stays and a 15% discount on monthly stays (automatically calculated with your quote). Monthly stays are exempt from City TOT tax, and we do not charge for utilities (other than optional pool heat).

Annual family Palm Springs trip

We had the absolute best time at this beautiful home. It was so perfect. The grounds were amazing and the host was outstanding in communication. We have stayed in Palm Springs for multiple years with our family and this was our favorite home. We can’t wait to come back again!

Second stay and still the best

Just returned from our second stay and can't wait to return for a third! Home is still one of the best we've stayed in located in the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. My kids enjoyed evening walks on the quiet street and obviously the amazing pool. Hosts and caretaker are great very friendly. Book it and you won't regret !

Fabulous Property!

Group of 6 ladies had an incredible 4 day weekend at this property. It's exactly as presented, super clean, location is amazing and views are spectacular.Host was responsive and gave some great recommendations as well as being flexible when possible.Of all my vacation rental experiences this one was THE best.

Wonderful Stay - Relaxing and Had it All

This place has it all! Fire table, hot tub, pool, bbq, bar, sauna, all the comforts you need for a fun and restful vacation! We had a great experience and appreciated the walk thru on arrival - our host was in touch and had great suggestions. Highly recommend this property.

Wedding Weekend

Well appointed home in a prime location nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountain range. It has all the amenities one needs to ensure a spectacular Palm Springs getaway. The outdoor shower, tub, and sauna were added bonuses. Thank you Margaret and Marshall, we'll see you soon.

Fabulous Stay!

Beautiful, comfortable home in top condition! Our family loved the backyard with its great pool, spa, fire table, pergola and barbecue area. The neighborhood is lovely with the mountains as a backdrop and easy walking to town, lots of celebrity history and terrific architecture everywhere. A perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Great House in a Great Neighborhood!

We loved our stay at 1055 N. Rose--the house is nicely decorated (we loved the frame tv!), the kitchen well-stocked, the outdoor space is large and well-appointed, and view of the mountains from inside and out is just beautiful! We used the salt water pool and spa almost every day-a great way to end the day. Great walking neighborhood and easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. The owner was very responsive to the one small issue that arose-replaced the item overnight. Highly recommend.

Just Perfect

This property was fantastic! The location was perfect, it was clean, updated and all around incredible! The outdoor area was beautiful with outstanding views of the mountains right behind us ....it was clean with so many options for swimming, eating, sunbathing and cozying up to the fire. The checkin process was great and everything was well organized. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing rental!

Great spot for 7 women in our 40s on a college reunion trip. We were able to check in early, which was a huge benefit. House was clean, as described in the listing, with beautiful scenery. About 15-20 min walk to main road for coffee, drinks, etc. but plenty of nice walks and trails right by the house too. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

Our weekend stay was flawless from start to finish. We were met the property by the manager who gave us a tour of all the features of the property. The amenities including pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ and spacious bedrooms made the stay idyllic and very comfortable for all eight guests. The backdrop of the mountains in the background is quite the scene to wake up to every morning.

Friends Vacation for 8

This property is absolutely stunning, no surprises, it's exactly as in the photos. Plenty of room inside and outside for a group of 8 adults. A well equipped kitchen. It's approximately a 30 min walk to the main strip of Palm Springs. Margaret is a fantastic owner and very quick to reply to text. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Amazing house for a ladies weekend!

This house is gorgeous and an amazing location and view! Great spaces to hang out inside and out. The pool is bigger than the pictures make it. Everything was super clean, stylish, and organized. Plenty of towels, lounge chairs/seating options, and comfortable beds. Property manager and home owner were both super responsive and accommodating. We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfection

Exceeded all expectations. Location was so quiet yet close enough to walk into town. Kitchen was comfortable to cook many meals in and the outdoor spaces provided lots of room for everyone to enjoy being together or apart. The pool and spa were a highlight. There was an abundance of all essentials (towels, glasses, etc) that made our stay better than a five star hotel. Hope to stay again on next trip to Palm Springs.

Fabulous!!!! We walked in and we were so impressed with everything! The inside, the outside, the flow! We just loved hanging out at the house by the pool! I finished a book! Our stay in Palm Springs was a true vacation! Relaxing at what felt like our home away from home!
