Walkable area, comfortable bed, perfect little place for me and my chihuahua. Great communication with the owner. I’d definitely stay again. Such a cute little complex.

Great location and a nice place

We’ve stayed at a variety of places in the PS area but this one stands out. The location allows easy walking to the heart of downtown, same with the new art museum. Everything we needed; kitchenette, pool and quiet. Reasonable price. We’d gladly stay here again.

Nice little place and truly dog friendly. On site host was a very wonderful and caring host. Location was great! Walking distance to downtown and lots of great food. We will definitely be coming back to stay

Great little place convenient to downtown Palm Springs

This property is in a great location, in a residential neighborhood, but still just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs and Museum of Art. The room had very comfortable bed, spacious closet, complete kitchenette, and nice size pool. Very quiet and safe. I would definitely come here again.

Perfect location!’

We were pleasantly surprised arriving here at how close the location is to downtown PS. Directions to the villa were perfect as we were arriving at night. Other guests staying here were very friendly and the pool is the perfect cool place to be in this hot sun. Clean, quiet, and so charming. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location

The property is conveniently located a few blocks from the Palm Springs Art Museum, shopping and dining. The property and room were clean and comfortable. The parking area is covered in small rocks so you can’t roll your luggage which could be a problem if you can’t carry your suitcase. The bathroom needs upgrading but the water pressure was good and the water was hot for a shower. The bathroom has its own heater which is nice.

Lots of Character

This little suite grew on us over our 10 day stay. We found it quite cozy and quaint. The bed and bed linens need to be upgraded. Also comfortable chairs would make a difference. The price was high for what we got but this is likely because of the film festival. The location is great and so were the staff.

The dishes and shower

Dishes were dirty and we had to wash them. Even the coffee cups. Shower is okay but too small. We love that there were no children and the comfy bed linens and the pool.

Perfect Location and Nice Place, But Also Aging

The location of this property is awesome, the vibe is historical, and the amenities, such as the pool area, are nice. The only downside is that the place is definitely showing its age. There are chips, cracks, and decaying wood in places which do detract somewhat. In addition, the flag in the courtyard is shredded, and thus should be removed or replaced. Nevertheless, we found our four night stay here quite enjoyable.

Quaint but dated

Property was clean but could use updates. For example no place to place soap or shampoo in the shower and carpet is old. The property as a whole was nice and I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard in the mornings. It’s too loud in the evenings. They do leave you earplugs so that’s yours sign it’s loud at night. It’s a safe place with good parking.

We loved the beautiful accommodations. The pool was lovely and the room was cozy and well appointed. I highly recommend staying here as the location is walking distance from shops and restaurants.
