Originally our family home for more than a decade, this beautifully reimagined residence blends warmth, comfort, and understated luxury, creating a welcoming escape for families, couples, and friends.

Designed around the Palm Springs lifestyle, the home embraces seamless indoor-outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors invite natural light throughout the day and open to a private backyard oasis surrounded by mature palm trees, citrus, bougainvillea, and mountain views.

Inside, the open-concept living spaces feature earthy tones, contemporary artwork, and photography by Dimitri Halkidis alongside works by various artists. Comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining for eight, and Sonos sound throughout the home create an inviting space for gathering, relaxing, or simply enjoying a quiet evening.

The residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three spacious King bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The primary suite includes an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the additional bedrooms offer abundant natural light and comfortable accommodations.

Outside you'll discover the heart of the property—a private backyard designed for relaxation and entertaining. Enjoy the swimming pool, complimentary heated spa, fire pit, BBQ grill, multiple lounge areas, outdoor dining, and beautiful San Jacinto Mountain views. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee, an afternoon by the pool, or an evening beneath the stars, every space has been designed to help you slow down and unwind.

For your safety, two exterior security cameras monitor the front entry and driveway only. There are no interior or backyard cameras.
