  • Brooklyn is a meticulously designed 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with all the essential needs for mid/long term stays that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony, laying out at the pool, or playing tennis/pickle ball. Shared laundry facility and free parking in a quiet gated community.

    GENERAL INFO
    - Condo accessible via keyless entry and gate remote is provided
    - Standard Rental Agreement and guest information required 25-30 days prior to arrival per HOA
    - Edison (electricity) bill is covered up to $100 per bill. Guest agrees to pay host directly for any balance above $100
    - Pet must be disclosed when making reservation. Per HOA there is a weight limit of 35 lbs but can be flexible dependent on information provided. Pet must be house trained and community friendly.
    - Service and ESA's are exempt of pet fee but must disclose and submit proper documentation when making reservation

Loved this condo stay. It is set up well, very clean and is a great gated community The views of the mountains were inspiring.Its a quiet community with friendly people.Good access to the new bike path, downtown, and all the hiking into the palm canyons.We would stay here again.
