Brooklyn is a meticulously designed 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with all the essential needs for mid/long term stays that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony, laying out at the pool, or playing tennis/pickle ball. Shared laundry facility and free parking in a quiet gated community.

GENERAL INFO
- Condo accessible via keyless entry and gate remote is provided
- Standard Rental Agreement and guest information required 25-30 days prior to arrival per HOA
- Edison (electricity) bill is covered up to $100 per bill. Guest agrees to pay host directly for any balance above $100
- Pet must be disclosed when making reservation. Per HOA there is a weight limit of 35 lbs but can be flexible dependent on information provided. Pet must be house trained and community friendly.
- Service and ESA's are exempt of pet fee but must disclose and submit proper documentation when making reservation
