You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Bright and Sunny upstairs condo.

We offer a beautiful second floor corner unit with lots of light and a huge patio. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit comes with W/D in unit on the patio, an easy to maneuver kitchen, breakfast bar, nice size living/dining room, and great separation of bedroom and bath from the rest of the unit. The pool and spa are community areas so please abide by posted rules.

Palm Springs has a "Good Neighbor Policy" that all guest have to be familiar with. We will send you a copy upon booking. Guest have to be at least 25 years of age to rent. We ask that you please be aware of your utility usage by using ceiling fans, and during the summer not turning the AC lower than 75 degrees.

Bright & sunny condo!!

Good location. Convenient to restaurants, hiking, airport and Joshua Tree National Park. We had 3 weeks of nice temperatures and one week of windy cooler temperatures.
