Minimalist but high end appointments.

This location is perfect for Palm Springs ans very easy walking to restaurants, attractions and groceries. The unit was simply perfect for two couples with exact duplicate master bedrooms. The host was accommodating and available as needed. We will be back!

Holiday get away

Location is walking distance to town. It was nice to have the living space/kitchen. Private patio and fireplace was great with open space. Our Adult children swam in the pool which was heated, which was a plus. Could use blinds, if we planned on using sofa bed no one could sleep in that room with outdoor lights and sun rise. Also a TV in living room. Overall would definitely stay here again.

This was such a unique property. It was well designed and super pet friendly. We had our own bbq, bochiball, and fireplace in our little back yard. The beds and linen were excellent quality and so comfortable. We appreciated all the little amenities ie, make up towel and remover, shampoos and conditioners. The unit was very quiet and all our neighbors were very respectful. The pool was so nice and relaxing and refreshing. The communication from the host and Avant stay was excellent…our questions were answered immediately. Very accommodating. We will definitely be staying at this facility and Avant properties again. So happy we chose this Vrbo. They could to be more accommodating.
