Beautiful Condo with Mountain View and Lush Gardens. Close to Major Attractions.

Condo is an upstairs, end unit, with views of the San Jacinto Mountains, both from balcony, and dining area. Guests enjoy walking up to the base of the mountains in the morning to watch the sunrise; this is about a ten-minute walk. Condo is located in a quiet area of the complex. There is plenty of convenient covered parking nearby. Location is central to all Palm Springs major attractions. This unique gated community is beautifully landscaped, and offers a nice place to take a walk. Guests enjoy numerous spas and pools. There are several picnic grounds with barbecues. There are two tennis courts. The Palm Springs visitors center is located across the street, and just west of the property. This is a great vacation spot. You are sure to return again and again.

Home away from home

On arrival of walking into the condo I immediately felt at home. Jeff has a well decorated condo that is full stocked of everything you need obviously except for food. Don't worry there is a grocery store about 5 min away! This is a great condo for up to 4 people to stay an enjoy a vactation in Palm Springs!! Thanks Again Jeff!!!

Great Condo and Location

We stayed at Jeff's condo from Oct 5 until Oct 10. Jeff was very easy to deal with and always responded to our inquires in a timely manner. This modern unit is very clean and has nice furniture and décor. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The location is great. The condo is a corner unit with a wonderful view of the mountains from the kitchen table and the outdoor patio. You go down a small set of stairs and walk maybe 25 steps to the pool and hot tub area. The pool and hot tub were clean, the grounds are well kept and the people we met were very friendly. The condo is located in a gated complex which has multiple pools and hot tubs. We used a couple of them and they were all clean and well kept. The complex is located 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs.When you drive outside the gate, the Tramway road is across the street and also the highway which will take you to the shopping outlets. All and all a great unit in a great location. We definitely would rent this unit again! Thanks for everything Jeff!

Jeff's Palm Springs Condo

We had a delightful stay at Jeff's Palm Springs condo. It is in a quiet gated complex with several swimming pools and nicely kept grounds. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The view was wonderful. Jeff was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for our stay!

The condo is located just north of Downtown Palm Springs so it is a quick drive to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Very quiet area directly across from the entrance to the Tram. The condo is very nicely appointed and has everything you need for your stay. Nice little balcony to sit on in the evenings. Will definitely stay there again!!

Secure, quiet and relaxing. Unit was clean, and very adequate for the two of us. Furnishings in excellenct shape. The complex was a little dated. The grounds were well manicured. Enjoyed our stay.
