Large living room with fireplace, flat screen TV & queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen, washer/dryer & patio with dining space. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Gated Legacy Villas community is a short walk to La Quinta Resort.



The Space:

A single story two bedroom, two bath villa close to the main pool area and community fitness room. The property offers a master bedroom with a king bed and guest bedroom with a two twin beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bathroom is located across the hall from the guest bedroom and has a combination shower and tub. There is a stacked washer and dryer in a closet adjacent to the guest bathroom. The spacious living room features a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa and a dining table with seating for five. The living room opens to a large patio with a dining table and seating for four. The full kitchen has a gas stove and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The queen areo bed in the living room provides sleeping for up to six. The gated resort community of Legacy Villas in a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort. The property offers comfort and value in a great location. It can be combined with LV021 to create a 3 bedroom villa with 2 master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the 2 bedroom and studio units. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

Family and pet friendly

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We love that it is pet friendly! The location is key as it is right across the street from the main pool. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Great Location

This property could not be in a more perfect location. It is right across the street from the main pool. Being able to park in the garage was a major plus, as opposed to having to park in the lot. The property was clean and there were no issues while I was there. I would have no issue booking this property again next summer.

Legacy Villas

The Legacy Villa community is a gem. The unit we rented (2 bedroom, 2 bath) was very clean with plenty of kitchen accessories, linens, etc. Amazing view of the moutains from the patio. Main pools were crystal clear and warm. The main spa was clean, appropriately hot and the jets are strong. Everywhere you look, there is an incredible view of palm trees and mountains. Plenty of places to jog and walk. Also many lovely areas to relax with a coffee at breakfast, or take in the late afternoon views with a glass of wine. Highly recommend rentals in this community to experience La Quinta and the greater Palm Springs area with ease and comfort.

Spring break get away

The villa was nice and clean. The location was absolutely perfect! Right across from the main pool and easy access to the lap pool. We will be back. It’s a great place to relax.

Quick Family Getaway

Our stay was only two nights, but we will be back! Proximity to the main pool was perfect because came with our one year old. We loved the splash pad and beach entrance pool in the evening. Places like this are perfect when traveling with kiddos. It was just what we needed.

Perfect location

LV213 was situated perfectly between the main pool and smaller community pool. The unit was clean and well stocked. The area is so peaceful and quiet. This was our second visit to the complex. Communication with California vacation rentals was easy and responsive. Will use again

Overall a good trip,wish I knew it was on main road,too much traffic. Patio light out and they never fixed despite request.interior decor was dark.would like cushions available for patio chsirs.loved the close lap pool,lived there.will come again but to a different unit.

Close To Pools and Accommodating

Place is clean and in great location. It is across the street from the main pool. The team was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay by one night and requested late checkout. They were able to grant both requests. Thank you!... the only issue was that there were mosquitoes and we all got mosquito bites inside the apartment (even when doors were closed at all times). If given the opportunity, I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the great time!

Great location

There are a couple of issues that need to be addressed. Master bedroom fan extremely loose. No able to use. Bathroom in hall kept running. Had to remove cover to manual stop it. Second bedroom no dresser for clothes.

Uncleaned and Outdated

Though the location of the property was great, the state of the unit was poor. It was quite filthy with dust everywhere, grime on the walls, and dirty utensils and dishes. The furniture was very outdated. Was expecting a better state of the unit with how much it cost.

We have vacationed in the Coachella Valley 2xs a year for the last 12+ years and stayed at a number of condos including this one during a previous visit. This is the first semi-negative review We have ever written. We were very sad to see the condition of this unit has slipped. Some of the furniture and woodwork need an update, the kitchen is very poorly stocked, and the unit needs an overall floor to ceiling cleaning including windows, blinds, baseboards, walls, drawers, and carpets. There were dead cockroaches on the patios and walkway (glad they were dead) upon arriving. The patios were extremely dirty and not useable until they were cleaned by my husband. On the positive, the kitchen and baths were well cleaned. We happened to have friends also renting two other units in the complex. Both of those units were in better condition including deep cleaning, a nicely stocked kitchen and furniture that wasn’t worn out or broken. The unit is across the street from the main pool, which is convenient and Legacy Villas is a lovely complex. We did receive a very quick response to a couple of issues by the rental managers.

Location , size, and side patio wonderful! Condo needs some updates-wood shutters that work to let the sun in and blinds that work; plus wood tables are warped and scarred. Comfortable beds and pillows . We expected a hide-a-bed, as we were party of 3 women, but there wasn't one. I would rent from you again.

Good little home

Enjoyed the townhome, secure neighborhood, very nice pool with full service. Went to store and bought chicken and steak for the grill before we learned the grill was broken and shorted out the breaker.
