BNP Paribas
WiFi info was incorrect. Lots of owner property in bathrooms and opened food items were present in the frig and freezer. Closets were locked and inaccessible in the master so there was nowhere to hang up any clothes. The laundry was locked and inaccessible until someone came in response to a request to unlock it. The outdoor hot tub worked but it was complicated. There should be a set of instructions to better explain how everything works. If you make a simple mistake with the hot tub you can get a big charge for accidentally heating the pool. Location was very close to the tennis tournament. Having only one house key and one community gate opener can be awkward for several people.

Coachella stay
Great house, great location, exactly what we needed. However there was only one key/fob and you need the fob to enter or leave the main gate so if people staying with you need to leave or enter at different times I would recommend making sure to ask for another set.
