Welcome to the Marriott Shadow Ridge - Beautiful Resort. You will receive a confirmation direct and you will be able to verify it on Marriott's site.

This is for a studio unit that sleeps four with a sink small fridge microwave and toaster King bed and a sleeper sofa all in the same room. Table and chairs balcony and bathroom. Unit is 425 Square feet.

Very nice stay

We stayed ten days for a work/vacation. The unit itself was in a very loud location, I had to use a white noise app to sleep- banging regularly behind the wall that the bed is against. The heat/cooling is very loud as well. No housekeeping at all due to Covid, so doing dishes on vacation was necessary. Bed was super comfortable though and unit had a nice view of the golf course. Great property, which looks higher end than the unit. Very nice tennis/pickleball courts and pools. It was too cold during our stay to enjoy them though.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. This was my first time reserving through VRBO. The only difference was a minor delay in reservation showing up in Marriot’s system. The owner quickly responded to my questions.

Easy getaway with a great property

Guessing this is a timeshare that the owners rent out their time. Which made it super easy and convenient. Marriot was great. Treated me as if I had booked the room directly through them. Even got the points for the stay!

Check-in process went very smoothly. Communication with owner of property was clear and timely (thanks Sho!). The property is very nice, quiet and well maintained. Staff are friendly. The room is as advertised, so on the smaller side, but the price reflected that and the room is fine for two people.
