This South Palm Desert Creekside studio in located in the beautiful Shadow Mountain Resort just 1.5 blocks from the famous El Paseo Drive which has some of the best restaurants & shopping in the Coachella Valley. The Living Desert Zoo is also less than 10 minutes away.
The property has recently been fully remodeled, everything is new throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung appliances, convection air fry oven, full size fridge / freezer & dishwasher complete with quartz countertops & seating for four.
The living room is complete with wifi, flat screen tv including cable, sofa & a desk for your comfort. Enjoy soaking up the sun & the beautiful views on the private creekside South facing patio. Awesome condo and location

The property is clean and convenient. There are many great restaurants within a 2-3 block walk. Although I didn't use them, the pool and tennis/pickleball court were clean and located right next to our parking spot. I would definitely return to stay here!

Mini- split plus ceiling fan kept us nice and cool in the 90+ degree heat. Beautiful new appliances and newly remodeled unit. Super clean and quiet!!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Holli’ condo. Location wise you are very close to all the resort amenities. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the shops,bars and restaurants on El Paseo.The unit is newly refurbished, it is very tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of your own home and many unexpected extra items. A fully equipped and large kitchen allow for home cooking and a very nice patio for al fresco dining and drinks.Chris and Holli are superb hosts. Easy to contact and very prompt when communicating.This will be our “ go to” place when next visiting the area.

Great Stay

Walking distance to the best shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Central location for all other activities. Kitchen is beautiful, organized, well stocked. Good water pressure in shower. Lovely creek along the back patio. Convenient free parking right outside unit. Community shared pools/ hot tubs. Laundry is outside unit, coin operated - takes quarters. This is a ground floor unit with people overhead, however it was very quiet with the exception of normal footsteps. Would definitely stay again at a reasonable cost.

Exceptional Experience in this Brand New Studio

I don't usually write profuse reviews, but our experience staying at Chris and Holli's Studio was perfect. The listing pictures don't capture how comfortable, immaculately kept, and newly renovated it was. The location was also perfect - we were staying here for a wedding at Hotel Paseo and offered incredible value and convenience. Chris was exceptional at communicating with me, ensuring that our check-in and check-out were smooth and required little work on our part. He made us feel welcome and safe. Put aside any concerns about the lack of reviews here, Chris and Holli are just getting started and I know will have hundreds of raving customers. Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Perfect spot for a few nights. Loved sitting on the patio with my morning coffee. Chris and Holli are wonderful hosts. Chris came right to the unit when I couldn't get in. It turned out, I was using the wrong code. He was so gracious to understand. Its a short walk to the shops and restaurants on El Paseo Dr. The pictures you see are exactly what the unit looks like. Highly recommend!!
