The primary bedroom is a peaceful haven with a king bed, en-suite bath, and direct access to the patio. The guest bedrooms are equally inviting, perfect for friends or family. The second bedroom offers a King bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 full size beds. Other highlights include 3 full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and an attached garage,

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley Country Club is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only.



Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.



Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.



Guest Access:

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.
