Located in the Sandroc Condominiums complex, this 2BR/2.5BA desert condo offers easy access to shopping and fine dining at El Paseo, just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at Indian Wells or Desert Willow Golf Resorts, experience live performances at the McCallum Theatre, or venture out for a hike in the local area. If you prefer to stay close, take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub!

-Community washer & dryer only (none in-unit)

Lovely Condo with a heated pool and excellent location

This beautiful renovated condo is around the corner and walking distance for shopping and restaurants on El Paseo. The heated pool was a bonus and we met very welcoming residents that live in the other condos. We will definitely stay here again.

Love this property! Four of us stayed here for 10 days and we loved our stay. It was our second visit to this condo. Dustin was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. Fantastic place in a great location

Second time we stayed here. Everything about this rental is great except for the mattress in the main bedroom. We rolled to the middle, so we slept in the second bedroom which has an outstanding mattress.Screen for the upper veranda was broken the last time we stayed there and is still broken. Only offer these two items for information. We live the place and it’s location and will rent it again

Property is exactly how the pictures show it. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome location. One of the rare areas where you can actually walk to shops and restaurants. Pool area is quite large and was very quiet. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely condo in a great location!

The condo is in an awesome location, one and half blocks off of El Paseo. The property is exactly as pictured. Furnishings are comfortable and there are plenty of supplies for guest use. We enjoyed the hot tub at the pool area in the evenings as well. This a safe, lovely area of Palm Desert. Really beautiful!

Chic Condo in the perfect location

My family and I have been visiting Palm Desert for years and will absolutely be staying at Dustin and Brianna’s Chic Condo again. The condo was in the perfect location; we could walk to get our morning coffee, lunch at Tommy Bahamas, shopping on El Paseo, and dinner at Agave. This property was perfect for four people but not more. We play lots of cards and the table should have a leaf in it for 5-6 people. Not enough glasses but plenty of wine glasses. Location was perfect!

Cute place, very short walk to El Paseo

This condo is lovely overall, and very comfortable, updated, and clean. It's one street behind El Paseo, minutes to walk to all the shops and galleries, which is what I wanted. It was very quiet while I was there also, which I appreciated. The pool was also very nice, large enough to not be on top of others and to swim laps, and the perfect temperature. The check-in process was not the easiest as you have to navigate 2 locked, coded gates AND then find a different code to open a lockbox to get a key for the door. Very complicated after a long drive in the heat. Make sure you read instructions and know BOTH codes (gate codes are pretty obvious, I had to dig to find the lockbox code) before you get out of the car or you will be very frustrated trying to find the key to the front door. Also, be aware of your check-in time because you will not be allowed in even a few minutes early if you arrive early. That said, after I got past the check-in and figured out the locks, I really enjoyed my stay. Bring ice as the fridge ice maker doesn't work. I would stay there again.
