Welcome to Casa Verba. Located in the heart of Palm Desert behind the infamous El Paseo Shopping and Entertainment Row.

Please note that every guest will need to fill out our supplemental rental agreement to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Casa Verba is a large 500 Sq Ft Detached Casita tucked away in the backyard of our private residence. Unwind by the sparkling outdoor pool or soak in the bubbling hot tub. Our guests have exclusive access to a private Pool with Spa (nobody else will be using Pool/Spa & backyard during your stay). Very Private accommodations.

The property offers comfortable KING size bed and Living Room area with pull out sofa (linens provided). Curl up and watch your favorite shows on the 75" Smart TV.
Prepare delectable meals in a fully stocked kitchenette and enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer.

Large sliding doors opens to a magical backyard with the views of the pool, Mount Eisenhower, Chocolate Mountains and Fruit Trees Orchard.

Lounge by the pool listening to the birds singing. Gaze at magnificent Mount Eisenhower. Enjoy beautiful Sunsets from our grassy Jasmin Lounge. Read or dose off in our poolside Pergola. Let your soul find peace and serenity in our secluded Meditation Lounge tucked away under colorful bougainvillea.

Explore the nearby Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Agua Caliente Casino, Downtown Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Polo Grounds and Acrisure Arena, all within a short drive.

A very short stroll through our beautiful neighborhood down to El Paseo for a morning coffee, relaxing lunch, romantic dinner or fun night on the town. You can walk to many points from here, a very central location.

This is truly a unique property if you are seeking to get away to peaceful and quiet surroundings. With thoughtful amenities and a prime location, this property promises an unforgettable vacation experience.

1. Spa heating IS included in your stay. Pool heating IS NOT included. Pool can be heated at additional $95/day.
2. We kindly ask each guest to review our rental agreement (attached in this ad) before booking to make sure this property is a perfect fit for you (rental agreement is required for every reservation).
3. Property owner is highly allergic to pets so absolutely NO PETS at this property. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to el Paseo’s wide range of restaurants and shops. Private secured parking right next the casita was an added bonus. Hostess was super responsive and access to the rental was seamless.

A Perfect Getaway Stay

Casa Verba is an ideal venue for a getaway to Palm Desert and nearby resort areas. It's spacious, clean, well-equipped, ideally-located and our host couldn't have been nicer. It's a great place. We loved it.

Lovely place to relax

This property is great for whatever you want to do in Palm Desert. The Casita has everything you need AND you get to enjoy Inna's very nice backyard all to yourselves. The landscaping is nicely done, the hot tub gets hot, the kitchen is fully functional, the bathroom is nice.

Escape from Winter

Lovely time. Such a great cabana. Perfect for our needs. Pool, hot tub, citrus trees, and lots of shady outside areas. Enjoyed day trips to Idyllwild and Joshua Tree NP, and the hiking and biking in forests nearby. Thursday street fest in Palm Springs was also fun.

Perfect Place in Palm Springs Area

From the moment we walked into the casita, we were impressed! The place is decorated beautifully and very clean. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The backyard with the pool and sitting area were perfect spots to relax. The location is perfect -- close to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Quiet little vacation spot, perfect location

I was looking to get away for a few days and came across this property. Pre-trip communication was great and check-in was a breeze. Inna's property is an oasis of its own in the heart of Palm Desert. Beautifully appointed studio, immaculate garden setting and to have the pool all to myself was just what my soul needed. Can't wait to visit again!

Just the perfect size for my wife and I during our 5-day stay in the Palm Desert area. Very convenient to a number of scenic hikes in Indian Canyon, Joshua Tree National Park and San Jacinto State Park. After busy days of hiking, my wife and I could not wait to get back to the relaxing solitude of the pool and spa area. A number of wonderful restaurants just minutes away on El Paseo. Inna was a very attentive host.

Escape from Minnesota to our favorite place

My husband and I wanted to escape Minnesota and the election craziness. We love the location of this property and the property itself was awesome and met all of our needs and wants. I requested the pool to be heated and I have to admit, there’s nothing like floating in an outdoor pool in November! Will definitely stay here again (and wish that would be soon)!

What a beautiful and relaxing space welcomes you

Inside and out, this property does not disappoint. The space is welcoming, excellently decorated, and spacious for two. We did a bunch of site seeing in the area, but my wife and I were always anticipating coming back to this amazing place. The fruit trees that surround the pool are beautiful. The inside of the house is cozy and well appointed. We loved it!

A little gem in Palm Desert

A great 3 night get away from Los Angeles. Pretty casita, gorgeous garden and pool/spa. Kitchen well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood! Couldn’t quite get the smart TV to work because we are old… maybe a detailed guide of how to use and choose all the bells and whistles could have helped. We would love to come back in the near future!!!

Love the location!

This is a fully remodeled studio, so everything is super new and clean, even the pool is new, loved it! The pool lights change colors at night, so it feels like you are staying at the resort. Good shower water pressure and love 75” TV. The bed was very comfortable. Inna is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions.

A superb getaway

This is a fantastic property. The house is a spacious studio (casita), that has everything you need, including a full kitchen, is very modern and tastefully decorated. The backyard is gorgeous and very private with a pool and hot tub. During the whole week we only saw the pool guy twice. We spent most of our time outside. The location is also excellent, it is in an easy walking distance to El Paseo shops and restaurants.

Awesome Stay

Great Location! It took us just 10 min to walk down to fun El Paseo with tons of restaurants and shopping. Very quiet location at night and during the day, we slept with the slider open, and it was quiet. I appreciate added luxury items like a quality mattress topper and huge TV. We are “clothing optional” type of people and this was a great space for us to feel fully private except for a pool man on Tuesdays and Fridays. Beautiful outdoor space, very relaxing and just what we needed to escape the world.
