"During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!"

"My husband and I had a great time staying here recently when we were in town for a wedding! The host is above and beyond kind and welcoming and helpful. This is also one of the most dog-friendly places we have ever stayed!! The casita itself is adorable and spacious (great, big bathroom; spacious kitchen, etc.) and we LOVED her beautiful patio area, too. This is so much more than worth the price of the stay. Highly recommend."
