"I fell in love with the entrance! This house has a bit of everything. We enjoyed being outside around the firepit and enjoyed all the amenities. The house was a great fit for our group. Everyone loved it and it was perfect for our gathering. Great communication with the host. Quick to respond. We would definitely try to book again for next year."

"Property was as described and very convenient location within the community. Apartment and kitchen were fully equipped. Overall, the community is a bit lacking in maintenance & cleaning. For example pet waste bins were very full and smelly, hallways had litter, in my unit the ceiling fan pull chain did not function. Those issues non-withstanding, I would stay here again."

"Very spacious and comfortable stay. Had a 4 day bachelorette weekend. The pool was great. Felt like our own personal resort. Loved having the large outdoor dining table to eat meals outside. Warning that the lane to get to the house is long and winding. Almost felt like we were lost until we got to the beautiful house at the end of the driveway. Issues with At&t the entire weekend with wi-fi connection but Jose was super responsive in navigating the problem with At&t. The beds and pillows were 5 star. We needed a couple of blankets after the second night and Jose had them delivered by the end of the day. Would highly recommend this home for large families/groups! "

"We had a week long visit to Florida and The Royal Oasis was wonderful. Had my 85 year old mom, pregnant daughter and two year old granddaughter and every one of us had a great time. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house is well stocked with all you need for the week and included items that we thought we would need to purchase (like shampoo, conditioner, soap and laundry soap). It was a nice surprise. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed it every day. It is a short and easy drive to the beach and there are plenty of things to do nearby. Darlene was very responsive to the few questions we had. We hope to visit again."

"The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week. Considering the rate paid, I believe more amenities should have been included. We primarily used the accommodation as a place to sleep, and given the price, alternatives with additional features such as a pool or other amenities might have been more suitable. The location was convenient and close to all necessary destinations. I would consider returning, but I would opt for a more affordable room, as the current offering mainly serves as a sleeping space without additional amenities. "
