Sunny island view one bedroom Palm Beach king suite located in a historical hotel in the heart of Palm Beach island and a short walk to the beach. One bedroom, one full bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, boutique shops, museums. The complex has a heated pool, gorgeous lobby, 24 Hr, concierge, day spa and laundry room, a five stars restaurant and a French cafe in building, Breakers, and Mar-A - Lago club within 10 minutes driving distance.

AMAZING LOCATION; 15 minutes from WPB Airport. No Car Needed on the the island.

One Bedroom King Bed condo-hotel unit, about 370 square foot with a private bathroom in a beautiful Spanish colonial style building built in 1926 as a 300 + unit hotel. You will have the unit to yourself. Fresh linens, towels, coffee machine and K-Cups, we even have beach chairs and umbrella. There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink you may want for your stay at the beach.

The apartment is equipped;

-King bed with freshly laundered sheets, blankets and pillows

Disappointment
The unit was clean and as described, but was smaller than anticipated. The condo complex is very old and the carpet in the hallway is stained and has a terrible odor. The entryway was under construction and not appealing. All the windows on two sides of the pool were being replaced the entire two weeks we were there! 50% of the pool area was unusable! My husband is handicap and cannot use the beach. The loss of the pool are was huge. The noise was so loud and the scaffolding was an eyesore. We had NO prior notification of any construction! We ended our two week stay with NO hot water for 30 hours. I sent photos & videos to VRBO with no offer of any type of reimbursement. We have booked through VRBO multiple times but are hesitant to do so again.

‘ShipShape’ Stay
Everything just as advertised, and better. Immaculate, comfortable, crisp white bedding, good closet space, 2 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, fully updated bathroom w/great water pressure ( very important) ! New Kitchen had all the basics , large refrig., granite counter w/seating, 2 large screen TVs!!! Well thought out and designed! Thank you.

Great little studio in Palm Beach
It is a small studio/1 bed but it's right in the heart of Palm Beach, close to shops, grocery store, and most importantly the beach! The only "downside" of the apartment is the parking situation (you may have to park a few blocks away from the apt to avoid a ticket). But given it was only a short stay for us and such a wonderful location I wouldn't take off any stars from the review. Small price to pay for such a great spot!
