The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! "Charm airport worked out perfectly for us, after returning a rental car at airport in the evening and then heading to the ferry porta for a visit to Sicily the next morning. Check-in could not have been smoother. Staff was professional, kind, and helpful, including the Manager's uncle! Marta really went the extra mile to help us tweak our travel plan, including arranging for a taxi. The vouchers for dinner and breakfast were much appreciated. The dinner spot was exceptional."
