The place was disgusting. Straight up. We paid in advance (through Expedia)and didn’t even stay one night. We left and went to the Marriott, which was lovely. DO NOT reserve this dump

The Big Texan Motel
Parking was fine. Room was clean very well used room needed maintenance repairs. Bedding worn and ragged but clean. Old mattresses could use upgrade. Close proximity to big Texas restaurant was convenient. Breakfast not included but good at restaurant

My family stayed 6 days for a wedding at Palo Duro Canyon. The home was clean and the beds comfortable. I needed to do some baking for the wedding and the owner supplied me with a stand mixer. Paradise Cove House snuggled in the Canyon 15 minutes from town.
Loved the location, host was very responsive and helpful. Kid friendly, the wii and ping pong table were a big hit. Would definitely stay again!
