The spacious living room, complete with a cozy living room and a large smart TV, is the ideal spot for unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quality time with loved ones. Adjacent, the dining area invites gatherings with its generous table, perfect for shared meals or lively conversations.

The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances—including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee brewer, K-Cup brewer, and electric kettle—along with all the essentials like cookware, silverware, and glassware. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer a restful haven. The master suite features a plush king bed, ample closet space, a tall mirror for makeup/changing dress, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi soaking tub, and rainfall shower.

The additional bedroom is equally inviting, with queen beds, closets, plenty of natural light, and an office desk or makeup mirror.

The other additional bedroom is inviting with one double bed and one twin bed with a large closet.

The property also offers free parking on premises and a driveway - free parking, two full bathrooms with a shower, and a convenient half bath for guests.

The # “166T” express bus, an 5-minute walk to Broad Ave and EdSall Blvd, runs every 10 minutes during peak commuting hours and whisks you to Manhattan- Port Authority (42nd) in just 20 minutes.

Welcome to our cozy retreat! To ensure a wonderful stay, please follow these rules:

• Quiet hours: 9PM–9AM to respect neighbors.
• Check-out by 11 AM; Check-in from 3pm
• Please treat our home like your own—report damage promptly.

• Lock Up: When leaving, simply close the door—it will lock automatically within a few minutes. Alternatively, press the lock icon on the keypad for immediate locking.
Please ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked to keep our home safe.

Check-in and ID Verification
• The person who made the booking (“booker”) must be present at check-in with the booked guests.
• If the booker cannot be present, at least one booked guest must have a verified profile with ID verification. Alternatively, you may submit a valid ID to us via messaging for approval before arrival.
• Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund, as this ensures the safety and security of our property.
