"The room was clean and comfortable, but there was only one plug socket in the middle of the room, not a convenient location. The breakfast was disappointing, we only ate it once then decided to eat out for the rest of the trip. Staff were friendly. The main issue is that the lift is very slow and small, trying to get out in the morning could take a while, we used the steps, but that wouldn't work for everyone, especially as we were on the 6th floor. Overall, a good stay in a good location."

"Amazing hotel! It’s super close to the train station, and the Colosseum is just about a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which makes getting around really convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless, and it offered plenty of amenities. Love that you can wash your clothes before taking off. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay at one of their other properties in the future."

"I’m going to be realistic with my feedback. Given the rates I paid, I’m expecting the lower end of four-star comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The single room was compact but manageable, and the AC was a nice luxury. However, poor sound insulation meant corridor noise woke me early every day. The bathroom was clean but had some mold in the corners, and the lobby felt very outdated for the rating. Breakfast was disappointing – stale pastries and mediocre hot dishes made me regret paying extra for it. Fresh fruit was the only saving grace. I’d have been better off enjoying proper Italian café breakfasts outside."
