"The front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was the best I had after 3 weeks on the road. The room was large and immaculate."

"I booked a one bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn't have any and ended up with a 2 bed studio. I asked the front desk person what do I do since I paid extra for the one bedroom. She said you'll have to take it up with who you booked it through. Then I get to the room and there are pillows all over the floor. I saw housekeeping down the hall and asked if that was ok. They said oh the room is clean we just didn't finish putting the pillow cases and duvet cover on. So they did that then quickly looked in the bathroom and said that's clean. I went to give my daughter a bath that night and there were 4 long dark hairs in the bath tub and a dirty wash cloth with hair on it on the shelf. I could also see stains in the toliet which we hadn't used yet. "

"Check in person wore a mask and was very soft spoken and difficult to understand… other than that, facility and staff was exceptional."

"The staff and hotel were great, but unfortunately we were placed next to a neighbor who was extremely inconsiderate, loud, and unruly at 2-3 AM which completely ruined our sleep. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but the area just has a lot of these kinds of people I guess which ruins the experience. The walls are paper thin and it legitimately ruined our night since we couldn’t go back to sleep and had 7 hours of driving the next day."

"There was so free breakfast like Expedia says. The people said they have tried to get it changed but no luck. I booked this location for that reason alone. I stayed of course, but was disappointed."
