A cosy 50-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building with an lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). We are in the centre of Palermo, a short distance from the "Giuseppe Whitaker" Foundation and Villa Malfitano. The area is well-connected by local public transport; Lolli Station is about a 5-minute walk away.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, single sofa bed, and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- UNCOVERED TERRACE with a table and chairs;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heat pump heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the bedroom), mosquito screen in the bathroom, washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: There is one step at the building entrance and three steps to reach the lift.

Bicycles are not allowed inside.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.



The apartment is located in a central area of Palermo, close to all major amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Capo Market. Just a short walk away is the Withaker Foundation Park, one of the most remarkable examples of a private garden built in Sicily during the second half of the 19th century. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic centre and the main points of interest, but you can also use public transport, which stops near the Palermo Lolli station.
