You'll have a fully equipped kitchen with moka pot and homemade olive oil. Comforts include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in 1 bedroom and the living room, TV, washing machine, dedicated workspace, and fan. Please note: 1 bedroom is not air-conditioned but has a fan. High chair and baby cot are available for an extra fee. Babysitting service can also be requested. The property is just 15 meters from Arenella beach.



    Outside, relax on the covered panoramic terrace, the open terrace, and 2 balconies, all for your exclusive use. Enjoy sea and mountain views from the property. There is also an outdoor shower.



    Street parking is available. Beach towels are provided. Events are not allowed. The house is close to the beach.



    Car rental and cleaning service are available for an extra fee. Shuttle service to/from the airport and train station is available on request and for an extra fee.
