Located in a 1920s building in the center of Palermo, in a central but quiet area, a few steps from the Massimo Theater and the Politeama, the CLUVERIO11 holiday home is the ideal place to visit the city without necessarily having to use means of transport.
The elegantly renovated 75 m2 apartment has an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and a comfortable private outdoor area.

Short but great stay.

Our stay was just one night but was clean and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable of the many beds we slept in on our holiday. The bedroom AC units were also excellent. Bozena was very accommodating and the morning croissants were so thoughtful. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Palermo!

Does not disappoint

Out of the eight properties we stayed at, this by far, was the best. Bosena is the perfect hostess. We would highly recommend a stay at this luxurious property.

Bozena was the greatest host! Her property was everything she described and more! We totally loved our stay. We appreciated the delicious pastries and breads she delivered in the mornings and replenishment of bottled water.The apartment is great. Spacious, extremely clean and organized with many items(body wash, shampoo, hair dryer already supplied). Kitchen was stocked with necessary appliances and cooking items. There was nothing we were lacking and Bozena checked in with us via WhatsApp almost daily. The apartment is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and sights of Catania. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Catania!

We spent Christmas here, for a week. It was just what we wanted. We had everything we needed and more. Bozena looked after us and made our stay perfect. The apartment is in a quiet area with a lovely eating area outside. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect apartment to explore Palermo

Excellent location, lovely outdoors space to have coffee and great supplies and bedrooms/bathrooms. And a wonderful great surprise for breakfast everyday - fresh croissants!! All the comforts of home

Bozena’s home is clean, comfortable and convenient to other areas of Sicily to explore. You can tell she takes pride of her home because it was immaculate. We especially deserved the delicious pastries she delivered every morning. Don’t delay, book your stay. Truly a luxurious stay

The apartment is truly luxurious with so many nice amenities including a Jacuzzi tub! The location was in easy walking distance of the mercato del Capo and the really cool churches in that area as well as several other Palermo sites. It was nice to be on the ground floor (easily accessible for one with a cane). The host was wonderful - she was quickly responsive to any questions and even delivered pastries in the morning including a gluten free option for my sister!

Wonderful experience!

We just completed our 7 night stay and this was one of the best places ever! From beginning to end, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and plenty of amenities were provided by the host which you don’t always find in other rentals. Bozena‘s responses to my messages were very timely and she even helped us arrange a day trip to other parts of Sicily. I absolutely would stay there again and wished other hosts would be as efficient and great as Bozena!

Great location & fabulous host

The property is perfectly located to explore Palermo on foot. Bozena made sure we had everything we needed and we took up her kind offer of delivering croissants the morning after our arrival. Would recommend the ones with the pistachio filling! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with the outside patio providing a lovely space to eat or relax in the shade. Everything you could want on accommodation

The property is centrally located in a quiet street. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. A very comfortable and clean apartment with lots of extras in the bathroom and Kitchen. It is beautifully presented and everything is of top quality. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating and kept in regular contact with us should we need anything. Wonderful Palermo

Bozena was a wonderful host. She allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in so we could explore the city. We were in Palermo just a short time so this was very convenient for us. From the super comfortable beds to the fresh cornettos and calzone in the morning, everything was just as described but even better. Comfortable home away from home!

We LOVED staying here! We were greeted on arrival, given a rundown of the city with a paper map, and had all our questions answered. This was our favorite place out of 4 in Italy. It was comfortable to spread out with a sofa, kitchen table, and porch. All was very clean and very well kept. What was extra special was finding family grave sites, actual cousins, and the home of our great-great-grandfather! Through Bozena and several of her contacts she shared, our trip was successful and fun! Thanks!

We absolutely loved Palermo!! Bozena was wonderful…very helpful and responsive! She had fresh croissants delivered every morning which was literally a highlight of our trip! They were amazing! Palermo the Happy People

Stayed one week in Palermo and visited Cefalù, Montreale, Agrigento and made our way to Mondello beach. Also spent several days in the historic part of Palermo. In the mornings we had cafe and sweets by the marina. Everyone we met was helpful and filled with kindness and happiness to share there stories. Very easy to use train to visit these locations or buses for Mondello and we cheated and took taxi to Montreal’s. Our host was very helpful and very responsive to any questions we had Palermo was quite a change from our prior stay in Glorence for four weeks but totally enjoyable and we learned a bit about Sicily.
