The layout of the apartment is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils), flat-screen TV, dining table, and double sofa bed;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and EN SUITE BATHROOM (shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet);

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a closet, and a flat-screen TV;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split-system in both bedrooms), clothesline, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00

EUR 30 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Check-in is not possibleafter 1:30 a.m., even for an additional fee.

The apartment is located in a central area of Palermo, close to all major amenities (cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Capo Market. Just a short walk away is the Withaker Foundation Park, one of the most remarkable examples of a private garden built in Sicily during the second half of the 19th century. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic centre and the main points of interest, but you can also use public transport, which stops near the Palermo Lolli station.
