"The bathroom had a lot of mould & the shower diverter was not working properly so very poor water pressure- very hard to wash your hair when the tap below is running at full pressure. We advised the receptionist & asked for a room change, no rooms available & nothing was done to fix the problem in the shower cubicle. The staff in the dining & bar were excellent & very friendly "

"As we arrived after the reception closed, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to provide us with the check-in procedure. He explained how to get our key and gave us our room number. He also gave us some local recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the electric blackout blind was fantastic. A few more pillows would have been welcome. When we requested a taxi the following day, one of the team members offered to take us wherever we needed to go, which was really kind. Thank you, we would stay again if we were in the area. "
