In need of redecoration.
"In need of redecoration. Carpet worn / stained. The shower was slow to drain (blocked?). No socket near bed to charge phone etc. Breakfast was disappionting. Staff were helpful and professional."

"The staff was rude, out of the 5 restaurants 3 were closed. There was no room service. We had 4 rooms booked for our group. They gave easy to access, walkable distance for the 2 room with NO kids and they put the other 2 rooms in an extremely far away room because we had kids. Just awful"

"Very comfortable rooms with excellent facilities. Excellent restaurant with a great swimming pool. Will stay there again. Only 20 miles from the Mugello race circuit and also very close to Florence. The views from our room were spectacular looking out onto the Tuscan hillsides"
