"The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view."

"Quiet, clean, friendly B&B. Our room had a kitchenette that had everything we needed for a quick breakfast (supplied with homemade bread) and enjoying a wine/cheese snack."

"We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The most perfect stay when you want to wind down and enjoy your holiday. It is only a 5 minute drive to Viterbo with amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back to this lovely hotel and staff in the future."

"Location was good. Food (lunch/dinner) was very expensive.
Also very annoying Saturdays and Sundays so called poolday for anyone. Pool area was very crowded.
Room and publicareas were dirty. Full with spiderwebs and so on.
No English speaking persons. Only Italian language."

"Patrizia was a wonderful host. We loved our stay at her B&B. Viterbo is a lovely town and her accommodations was cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!"
"Our accommodation was absolutely fantastic! The property itself was beautiful and in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay"
"The couple who run Ottantotto went out of their way to make my stay in Viterbo most pleasant. The room was quiet and spacious, the breakfasts were good, and their restaurant recommendations were numerous and close by. A great stay."
"The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. I think this would particularly help international visitors like ourselves who do not speak Italian. The restaurants were fine, although the lunchtime service was very slow the day we used the Bistro at lunchtime. "
