The house has all rooms on the ground floor and is handicap accessible. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room have everything you need for functionality: sheets, towels, soaps, appliances, dishes, etc. The garden has over 1 100 m², with barbecue, charcoal or firewood for cooking and lounging furniture. The house is in the town of Palazuelos de Eresma. It is 5 km from the city of Segovia, World Heritage Site (Aqueduct, Alcazar, Cathedral); 5 km from La Granja de San Ildefonso (royal palace, royal gardens); A 3 km golf course (La Faisanera golf); 4 km train station Ave (Segovia Guiomar); 10 km from the Montes de Valsain; 15 km from ski resort (Navacerrada, Cotos and Valdesqui); 15 km from gliding field and 90 km from Madrid.

This was the perfect property!

This place was wonderful! The yard was big and private. Gates to close your vehicle inside. Very peaceful setting. House and yard very well maintained. Would definitely rent again.

Fin de semana perfecto

Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular. La casa es magnífica, fuimos 7 adultos y 3 perros, y la verdad que por tamaño de la casa, habitaciones, baños y jardín, estuvimos muy cómodos. El recibimiento de Domingo, el propietario, fue fantástico. Por la noche, como buena fama segoviana, hizo bastante fresco, por lo que se dormía muy bien, algo que también deseábamos, escapando del calor de Madrid. En resumen, totalmente recomendable, y repetiremos en cuanto podamos!!

Todo estupendo

La casa está en perfecto estado y el jardín es muy amplio y es estupendo especialmente si vais con niños. El propietario es una persona encantadora que seguro hará lo posible por mejorar vuestra estancia.
